Judith Noël Gagnon B.Sc. will be hosting an engaging talk on local medicinal mushroom species this February. Participants will have the opportunity to taste certain species of interest, as well as learn about the practical skills for collecting and avoiding toxic species. Species to be discussed include: Shitake, Maitake, Birch Polypore, Reishi, Turkey Tail and Chaga. The talk ends at 9:30 p.m..
