To all those who would enjoy being introduced to mushroom collecting (this time, in French but questions will be answered in English), we offer a delightful evening. We will be presenting the Kingdom of Fungi, some of the best spring mushrooms in Northeastern North America and the basic precautions when collecting. You will enjoy a light mushroomy snack.
