Ingredients
- 200 g fresh maitake
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Grind the fresh maïtake in a mixer.
Make sweat the mix at low heat for 10 min; add garlic, parsley (thinly chopped), salt and pepper.
Tasty on pasta, crackers or roast meat.
