Refund policy
Online Purchases
No refunds for purchases made online. Exception in case of damaged or backordered products. In case of an address error, additional administrative fees of $15 plus 5% of the total order may apply.*
Activity and Excursions Cancellations
No refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of the event date. If the cancellation request is made before this period and space is available, you can change dates, or we will issue a gift card of the same value as the purchase.
In-Store Purchases
For in-store purchases, we will exchange as long as:
- The receipt is provided, and the request is made within two weeks of the purchase date.
- The product has not been damaged since the time of purchase and can be put back up for sale, exception in case of a manufacturing defect.
- The product is not fresh food or food preserved in a container that could have been opened by the customer.
*Online European Economic Area (EEA) Customers
For customers located in the European Economic Area, please note that in accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (fresh spawn, live cultures, grow kits, perishable substrates)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
All other eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
