    Ingredients
    100 g of chanterelles, fresh or frozen
    1 L of apple juice
    1 L of viorgnier or chardonnay wine
    250 ml of alcohol 40% or vodka
    500 ml of clear soda (7UP)
    50 g of dried apricots cut in small pieces
    50 g of mangos fresh or frozen cut in small pieces
    50 g of fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries or raspberries)
    Lemon juice (2)
    Ice cubes
      Preparation
      Soak the chanterelles in alcohol for a few weeks (at least as long as it floats).
      24 hours before serving, mix juice, wine, alcohol with chanterelles, apricots and mango in a jar.
      1 hour before serving, add berries, lemon juice, soda, a few slices of lemon and ice cubes.
      Pour in a convenient container so the sangria can be served with a ladle.
