Cranberry-Orange Rosemary Kombucha Mocktail

Cranberry-Orange Rosemary Kombucha Mocktail

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2 mocktails

Ingredients

For the mocktail:
2 cups (500 ml) homemade kombucha or water kefir, chilled
¼ cup (60 ml) fresh cranberry juice (unsweetened)
½ cup (125 ml) fresh orange juice
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
Fresh cranberries and orange slices, for garnish
Extra rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Preparation

Mix the mocktail

Gently bruise one rosemary sprig by pressing it between your fingers to release the aromatic oils. Set aside.
In a pitcher, combine the chilled homemade kombucha or water kefir, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Add the bruised rosemary sprig and stir gently. Taste and add maple syrup or honey if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Let it infuse
Let the mixture sit for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the rosemary flavor to infuse.

Serve
Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Remove the rosemary sprig from the pitcher and pour the mocktail over the ice. Garnish each glass with fresh cranberries, an orange slice, and a fresh rosemary sprig.

Enjoy
Serve immediately and enjoy this festive, probiotic-rich mocktail! Perfect for holiday gatherings or as a refreshing afternoon drink.

Chef's Tips
Use your Kombucha Scoby or water kefir to brew fresh kombucha or kefir following our kombucha or kefir recipe.
The longer the rosemary infuses, the stronger the herbal flavor.
This mocktail pairs beautifully with appetizers like our Mushroom & Chestnut Pâté.
