Porcini Shortbread Cookies

185 g all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
30g powdered porcini
1 more egg
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the butter and sugar together until they are creamed.
Add one egg (lightly beaten).
In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and porcini powder.
Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Wrap it in plastic film and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
On cutting board dusted with flour, roll the dough until it is 5 mm thick.
Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
Place on a baking sheet and lightly cover the cookies with a beaten egg.
Bake for about 20 minutes until light brown.
Gently take the cookies off of the plate while they are still hot.
Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
